Job summary

Tech Data APAC is seeking a Product Manager responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets for the vendor product groups through sales enablement, marketing programs and partner engagement in Singapore. The role emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams and strategic vendor relationships to drive growth.

You will develop business plans, implement sales enablement, train technical pre-sales, and coordinate with TD SYNNEX functions to meet vendor commitments and profitability.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in IT distribution.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Vendor product sales certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership attributes.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Ability to influence business outcomes without direct control.

Responsibilities

• Create business plans for vendor product groups and services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Train the technical sales support teams to support product groups.
• Develop marketing programs to support product group objectives.
• Coordinate with TD SYNNEX functions to deliver product plan outcomes.
• Forecast and report on product group performance.
