Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Product Manager in Singapore to drive sales and profit for vendor product groups. The role is sales-enablement oriented, leveraging marketing, training, pre-sales support, and vendor relationships to achieve targets.

The candidate will lead business planning, develop enablement programs, train technical sales teams, and coordinate with partners to maximize revenue and vendor rebates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years experience in IT distribution and channel sales.
• Bachelors Degree required; vendor product certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence without direct control.
• Self-starter with results-driven mindset and solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Create business plans for vendor product groups and associated services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Ensure technical sales teams are trained to support product groups.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to support product objectives.
• Creation of joint initiatives with vendors and business partners.
• Plan inventory turns, fulfillment and obsolescence minimisation.
• Forecast revenue targets by brand and market segment.
• Coordinate TD SYNNEX functions to achieve product plan outcomes.
• Maintain high levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
