Qualifications

• Some experience in order processing / purchasing required.
• SAP experience advantageous.
• Comfortable liaising and negotiating with vendors.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders using SAP.
• Review quotations, pricing and previous purchasing records.
• Source and liaise with vendors on pricing, availability and delivery.
• Create new items and support new vendor onboarding in SAP.
• Negotiate with vendors for improved purchasing terms and pricing.
• Ensure POs are approved and issued to vendors promptly.
• Follow up on order status and expedite deliveries when required.
• Handle order changes, cancellations and stakeholder enquiries.
• Update price lists and purchasing records.
• Perform quarterly stock takes.
• Provide general procurement and purchasing support.
