Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a senior policy strategist to lead a team in the Strategic Planning Division, shaping SWDA’s strategic direction and policy positions across SWDA, MOM, and Singapore’s jobs-and-skills ecosystem. You will drive strategic direction, inform policies, monitor trends, and coordinate cross‑cluster strategies to ensure coherence and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public sector leadership experience, with strong policy and strategy background.
• Ability to synthesize complex economic, workforce and policy issues into clear recommendations.
• Systems thinking with an eye for interdependencies and broader implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of organisation-wide strategies across SWDA, MOM and stakeholders.
• Oversee policy formulation, evaluation plans and output reporting across SWDA and key ministries.
• Coordinate cross-cutting agency work, including budgets, speeches, PQs and cabinet memos.
• Guide the SPD team in coordinating inputs across SWDA and ministries.
