SkillsFuture Singapore Agency seeks a Principal Manager in SWDA to lead and mentor the Corporate Planning Division. You will drive SWDA’s corporate strategy, coordinate planning cycles, and oversee performance reporting while guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced public sector setting.

You will engage senior stakeholders, manage national priorities, and oversee governance platforms to ensure delivery and accountability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of relevant work experience in corporate planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Experience in corporate planning, performance management, data analytics and/or international engagement would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Shape and drive SWDA’s corporate strategy in support of national priorities.
• Lead SWDA’s corporate planning cycle and develop coherent workplans.
• Facilitate senior management retreats and drive internal communications.
• Coordinate performance metrics, reporting and data-driven reviews.
• Develop international partnerships and manage key engagements.
