Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager (Planning) to lead strategy, planning and coordination of enterprise-focused programmes that enhance workforce capabilities and support workforce transformation within the Enterprise Group.
You will manage cross-cutting planning and policy matters, analyse data to support decisions, and engage with stakeholders across SWDA, MOM and other agencies to deliver EG priorities.
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for leading the strategy, planning and coordination of enterprise-focused programmes and initiatives that enhance workforce capabilities, advance skills development and support workforce transformation within the Enterprise Group (EG).
As a Senior Manager (Planning), you will independently manage complex and cross-cutting planning and policy matters, undertake analysis to support decision-making, and work closely with stakeholders across SWDA, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other agencies to advance EG’s priorities and outcomes.

Relevant experience in strategic planning, policy, programme management, corporate planning or related areas.
Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
