Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency is seeking a senior leader to head the Strategic Planning Division. You will shape SWDA's strategic direction, inform policies and programmes across MOM, SWDA and Singapore’s jobs-and-skills ecosystem, and drive cross-cluster coherence.

You will lead the formulation of organisation-wide strategies, evaluate labour-market developments, and coordinate with ministries to inform government decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of public sector experience and in leading teams.
• Ability to synthesise economic, workforce and policy issues into clear recommendations.
• Familiarity with strategic foresight, data analytics and AI applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of organisation-wide strategies across SWDA, MOM and stakeholders.
• Drive strategic pivots including operating model changes and AI ecosystem development.
• Synthesize cross-divisional initiatives into coherent strategies and narratives.
• Guide the team in Budget/COS processes, PQs, Cabinet memos and management reports.
• Set up and review SOPs for key platforms and inter-agency meetings.
• Coordinate inputs across SWDA and ministries to inform policy and programmes.
