Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency seeks a senior leader to shape SWDA’s strategic direction and policy positions across SWDA, MOM family and Singapore’s jobs-and-skills ecosystem. You will drive strategic direction, inform policies and initiatives, monitor future trends, and develop cross-cluster strategies for policy coherence.

You will align divisions to common outcomes and integrate workforce, skills, employer and economic perspectives to inform government decisions.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead teams in a public sector setting.
Strong ability to translate complex workforce and policy issues into clear recommendations.
Systems thinking and understanding interdependencies across ministries and agencies.
Familiarity with labour market, workforce development and employment policies.

Responsibilities

Lead development and coordination of strategic plans across SWDA, MOM and partners.
Shape organisational strategies including operating models, AI strategy and ecosystem development.
Coordinate cross-divisional initiatives into coherent, audience-specific narratives.
Represent SWDA in forums and engagements with MOM and other ministries.
Formulate and review Career Health policies and programmes with emphasis on feasibility and sustainability.
Oversee evaluation plans and outcomes reporting across SWDA and stakeholders.
