Job summary

Singtel is seeking a strategic HR leader to partner with senior executives in shaping workforce strategy and transformation in a fast-paced tech environment. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, skills-based planning and AI-enabled HR practices to enhance employee experience and leadership capability.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will drive organisational transformation, talent reviews and succession planning to sustain growth and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience at senior levels (HRBP, HR Director, Head of HR).
• Experience partnering with senior executives in tech, telecom or AI-driven environments.
• Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisation design and leadership development.
• Strong use of people analytics and workforce insights to influence decisions.
• Solid understanding of AI-enabled HR technologies and modern operating models.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into workforce, organisation and talent strategies for long-term growth.
• Lead skills-based workforce planning, capability mapping and internal mobility initiatives.
• Leverage analytics to inform executive decisions on talent, engagement and productivity.
• Champion AI-enabled HR solutions while ensuring ethical use of AI.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive, resilient teams.
• Drive transformation including change management and operating model changes.
• Lead strategic talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development.
