Job summary

Singtel Singapore is seeking a Director, Strategy & Transformation to lead the overall strategy and corporate transformation, including AI initiatives, and manage end-to-end business planning and performance for Singtel Singapore's business units.

You'll guide data-driven strategy, oversee priority initiatives, develop CEO communications, and build a high-performing team in the CEO's office, shaping the future of technology for the group.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in management consulting, strategy, transformation or similar.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Singtel Singapore’s strategic direction with the leadership team.
• Drive execution of priority strategic initiatives across business units.
• Oversee governance of transformation programmes and delivery of outcomes.
• Lead internal communications and executive engagement activities.
• Coordinate annual business planning, AOP and KPI tracking for consumer BUs.
