Job summary

Singtel Singapore seeks a Director, Strategy & Transformation to lead Singtel Singapore’s overall strategy and corporate transformation, including an AI push, while guiding end‑to‑end business planning and performance management for Singtel Singapore’s business units. This role sits in a high-priority talent pipeline and partners with the Head, Strategy & Transformation.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. An Executive MBA or other advanced business qualification is preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or a comparable role.
Strong track record in leading large-scale transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.

Responsibilities

Define and refine Singtel Singapore’s strategic direction in collaboration with the leadership team.
Conduct data-driven analytics to inform recommendations on strategy and priorities.
Lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes with cross-functional ownership and governance.
Develop internal communications and leadership engagement strategies, including executive workshops and townhalls.
Oversee the annual business planning process (AOP), KPI tracking, and leadership communications to support execution.
