Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited is seeking an experienced HR leader to act as a strategic partner to senior executives. You will design workforce planning, organisation design and talent strategies that align with business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

You will champion AI-enabled HR practices, leverage people analytics, and coach leaders to build resilient, high-performing teams across a fast-paced tech and telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience at senior levels.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in tech, telecom, AI or digital infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning and organisation design.
• Strong use of people analytics to influence decisions.
• Solid understanding of AI-enabled HR technologies and modern operating models.
• Proven success in large-scale organisational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into workforce, organisation and talent plans.
• Lead skills-based workforce planning and internal mobility initiatives.
• Utilise analytics to inform executive decision-making on talent and productivity.
• Champion AI-enabled HR solutions that improve employee experience and HR productivity.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams, across the organisation.
• Drive transformation including change management, culture evolution and operating model changes.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
