The ideal candidate brings extensive HR leadership experience, with expertise in analytics, talent strategy and complex change programs.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience incl. senior HR Business Partner roles.
• IHRP Certification.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in technology, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, software, cloud or AI.
• Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisation design and leadership development.
• Strong experience applying people analytics to influence business decisions.
• Understanding of AI-enabled HR technologies and modern HR operating models.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into workforce, organisation and talent strategies.
• Lead skills-based workforce planning, capability mapping and internal mobility initiatives.
• Leverage people analytics to inform executive decision‑making on talent, engagement and productivity.
• Champion AI-enabled HR solutions that enhance employee experience and HR productivity.
• Coach leaders to build high‑performing, inclusive and resilient teams and strengthen leadership capability.
• Drive organisational transformation, including change management and operating model changes.
• Lead strategic talent reviews, succession planning and retention initiatives.
