Job summary

Singtel Singapore is seeking a Director of Strategy & Transformation to lead the overall strategy, corporate transformation (including AI push), and end-to-end planning for Singtel Singapore’s business units. The role reports to the Head of Strategy & Transformation and drives data-led decisions across a fast-paced, high-performing team in the CEO’s office.

Qualifications

• Executive MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or similar.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive change across functions.
• Ability to translate insights into practical actions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and execution for Singtel Singapore across business units.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation, governance, and change management initiatives.
• Oversee annual planning processes (AOP) and KPI tracking across BUs.
• Develop internal communications and leadership engagement programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver strategic initiatives.
