Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring payroll accuracy and strict compliance with Singapore statutory regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of local employment laws, effective employee relations, and the ability to drive HR initiatives while mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in payroll processing and HR operations; experience in work pass administration is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer and execute payroll, salary movements, and statutory compliance.
• Take ownership of payroll processing including commissions, incentives, allowances, and reimbursements.
• Prepare CPF contributions, Income Tax (IR21, IR8A), and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of employee records and HR databases.
• Draft and manage employment letters (contracts, confirmations, terminations, increments, bonuses).
