You will handle statutory payroll requirements, government submissions, tax reporting, HRIS maintenance, and insurance coordination, delivering reliable payroll insights and maintaining data confidentiality in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Min diploma in HR or related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on payroll experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, HR regulations, and payroll practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
• Administer statutory payroll requirements and government submissions.
• Oversee annual employee income tax reporting and tax clearance.
• Prepare payroll reports for management reporting and audit needs.
• Maintain payroll records per policies and controls.
• Maintain accurate HR information in the HRIS with confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee insurance programmes and claims.
• Guide and develop HR team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
