Allianz Insurance Singapore (AIS) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across partnerships and direct channels for the general insurance portfolio in Singapore. The role reports to the Chief Sales Officer/Head of Sales and focuses on expanding AIS's distribution footprint by onboarding partners, nurturing intermediary relationships, and pursuing direct-to-customer opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, distribution management or sales in general insurance (Singapore).
• Proven track record with brokers, agents or partnerships and both intermediated and direct channels.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's general insurance market, products and regulatory environment.
• Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partnerships and direct customers.
• Develop strategic partnerships and manage channel partner agreements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
• Lead end-to-end sales through prospecting, proposals and onboarding.
• Conduct market research and translate insights into growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Marketing and Compliance.
• Represent AIS at events and provide regular pipeline reporting.
