Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or corporate planning.
• Proven ability to translate data, research, and trends into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for executive audiences.
• Experience with senior executives or strategy offices is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory landscape in insurance/financial services is a plus.
• AI skills (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Allianz Insurance Singapore's strategy and planning with the executive team.
• Translate priorities into KPIs and initiative roadmaps across functions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with underwriting, distribution, claims, operations, finance, and IT.
• Monitor progress, report benefits realization, and flag risks to leadership.
