Job summary

Allianz Insurance Singapore is seeking a Business Strategy Lead to drive development and delivery of strategic initiatives across AIS. You will partner with the Head of Transformation, Strategy and Operations and the executive team to translate priorities into actionable programs and ensure execution across departments.

The role requires strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and influence across levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, or a strategy office environment.
Proven cross-functional project leadership from concept to delivery.
Strong analytics to translate data into viable strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management for executive audiences.
Experience with Power BI for insights generation and initiative tracking.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate the company’s strategy with executive alignment.
Translate priorities into KPI roadmaps and initiative roadmaps across functions.
Lead cross-functional delivery with underwriting, distribution, claims, operations, finance, and IT.
Monitor progress, milestones, and benefits realization across initiatives.
Engage external stakeholders and industry bodies to inform strategy.
