Job summary

The Institute for Human Resource Professionals Limited (IHRP) is seeking an Assistant Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Communications in Singapore. This role strengthens IHRP's brand, expands strategic partnerships, drives sponsorship revenue, and enhances stakeholder engagement through integrated communications initiatives and portfolio management.

You will build relationships with media, corporate partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to advance IHRP's mission and objectives, while leading

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related disciplines (Bachelor's level).
• Minimum 3-5 years in communications, sponsorship management, partnership development or related fields.
• Experience with corporate sponsors, industry partners, or public sector stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and cultivate sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with IHRP's priorities.
• Develop sponsorship proposals, packages, and value propositions for partners.
• Manage end-to-end sponsorship lifecycle from prospecting to renewal and fulfilment.
• Primary point of contact for sponsors and strategic partners.
• Maintain relationships with corporate sponsors, government agencies, and ecosystem partners.
• Track sponsorship pipeline, revenue targets, and partner engagement outcomes.
• Develop and implement communications strategies to strengthen brand and thought leadership.
• Create media releases, speeches, talking points, articles, newsletters, presentations and event collateral.
• Coordinate media interviews, press events, and monitor coverage; prepare insights.
