Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant HR experience with exposure to HR business partnering, recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• Sound knowledge of HR principles and practical guidance for managers and employees.
• Familiarity with Public Sector HR policies, practices and guidelines is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project management abilities.
• Collaborative and service-oriented team player who is proactive and adaptable.
• IHRP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner business units to understand priorities and provide advisory support.
• Manage recruitment activities including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, offer management and appointment.
• Advise managers on HR policies and employee relations, ensuring fair and timely resolution of issues.
• Support performance and talent management by guiding conversations and identifying development needs.
• Collaborate on employee engagement, organisational change and lifecycle activities.
• Analyse workforce data to provide actionable insights and support HR projects.
