Institute for Human Resource Professional is seeking an Assistant Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Communications in Singapore to strengthen the brand, expand strategic partnerships, and drive sponsorship revenue. The role covers integrated communications, partnership management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement across government, industry, and HR ecosystems.

You will develop sponsorship proposals, manage end-to-end cycle, and build compelling content for digital channels and events,

Formación

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in communications, sponsorships, partnerships, or marketing.
• Experience with corporate sponsors or public sector stakeholders is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned with IHRP's priorities.
• Develop sponsorship proposals, packages, and value propositions.
• Manage sponsorship lifecycle from prospecting to renewal.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and strategic partners.
• Maintain relationships with corporate sponsors, government agencies, and ecosystem partners.
• Track sponsorship pipeline, revenue targets, and engagement outcomes.
• Develop brand communications to strengthen IHRP's leadership position.
• Create media releases, speeches, talking points, articles, newsletters, presentations, and event collateral.
• Coordinate media interviews, press events, and engagement activities.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports and insights.
• Provide crisis communication support when required.
• Develop content across digital channels and leverage analytics/AI-enabled tools.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Support stakeholder events and sponsorship activities; ensure sponsor fulfilment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
