Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join the Department of Human Resources. You will collaborate with business units to understand workforce priorities and provide practical, people-focused advice across HR areas throughout the employee lifecycle.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract; IHRP certification preferred and strong communication and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant HR experience with exposure to HRBP, recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles; translate policies into practical guidance for managers and staff.
• IHRP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner business units to understand priorities and advise on workforce needs.
• Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, assessment, offers, and appointments.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employee relations to resolve workplace issues.
• Support performance and talent management through coaching and identifying development needs.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to support employee engagement and change initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data and provide insights for HR projects and process improvements.
