PERSOL is seeking a seasoned communications professional in Singapore to lead the development and execution of communications strategies for business programmes. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand priorities and drive awareness and engagement, coordinating efforts across teams and external partners.

The role requires 5-10 years in communications, strong project and stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging.

Competenze

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, media relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to develop and execute communications strategies and plans effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear and impactful messaging.
• Experience working with external stakeholders, agencies, vendors, or partners is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in technology, digital innovation, media, or public communications is an advantage.

• Support the development and execution of communications strategies for business programmes and initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and develop effective communications plans to drive awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate communications efforts across internal teams and external stakeholders where required.
• Analyse information from multiple sources to support communications planning, messaging development, and public engagement initiatives.
• Manage media relations activities, including media briefings, press materials, media enquiries, interview coordination, and communication assets.
• Develop and implement messaging strategies to increase awareness of programmes, policies, and initiatives.
• Prepare communication materials such as key messages, talking points, speeches, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in communications and messaging.
• Support the planning and execution of integrated communications campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor communications outcomes and provide recommendations to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
