Job summary

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective tools, policies and resources, and you will communicate compelling value propositions to partners to sustain alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the partner program
• Keep informed on industry trends and competitive partner programs
• Gather and integrate partner feedback and communicate to Geo to refine the program
• Coordinate with various teams to provide the necessary support infrastructure
• Craft and communicate compelling value propositions, maintaining consistent messaging across program materials
• Align with cross functions to define launch criteria, support planning, and provide regular program updates
• Monitor and analyze program performance, seeking opportunities for ongoing optimization
• Support the development and facilitation of partner and strategic investment programs at area level
• Monitor implementation of activities as per Business Plan and programs with Distributors
