Job summary

Canon Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Supply Chain Administration professional in Singapore to manage customer contracts, orders and inquiries. You will analyze meter readings, coordinate with service teams, and ensure timely billing and shipment planning.

Key tasks include inventory forecasting, reporting on slow-moving stock, and supporting warehousing activities with IT-driven systems. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• At least a degree/diploma in marketing, business, logistics or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, especially inventory management and order processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Familiar with incoterms and payment negotiating instruments.
• Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, bill and analyze meter readings from customers; use MS Excel for data handling.
• Liaise with Service team and customers to schedule service tasks and billing.
• Process regional customer orders within lead times; provide shipment updates.
• Coordinate with Product and Area marketing teams on new product introduction planning.
• Provide service for enquiries, complaints and returns; report for fast resolution.
• Prepare inventory and slow-moving forecast reports; plan to mitigate stock risk.
• Participate in warehousing activities including stock takes and system UAT with IT.
