Job summary

Canon Medical Systems Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive in Logistics to plan, coordinate and execute all logistics activities in Singapore. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory records and ERP data, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and service parts while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes ownership of responsibilities, risk identification and continuous process improvement to support business continuity and efficient service

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and inventory management
• Experience in procurement and supply chain coordination
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics activities including planning, inventory, and shipment data
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams
• Maintain ERP records and monitor stock movements; support cycle counts and audits
• Process purchase orders and monitor outstanding orders and delivery schedules
• Coordinate spare parts logistics and service parts requirements with the Service team
• Prepare shipping, import/export and customs documentation and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance and other departments to align logistics with business needs
• Identify and mitigate inventory risks and implement process improvements
• Provide updates to the Logistics Manager on risks and performance
