Job summary

Canon Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a supply chain administrator to process regional orders, manage inventory planning, and support warehousing activities. The role requires collaboration with marketing and SCM teams to ensure timely replenishment and responsive customer service.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in a related field and at least one year of experience in sales administration or inventory management.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in marketing, business, logistics or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in supply chain, sales administration, especially inventory management and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Process regional customer orders within lead times and provide shipment updates.
• Collaborate with Product and Area Marketing on new product introductions.
• Collate forecasts from ASOs and coordinate with SCM and vendors for timely replenishment.
• Attend to enquiries, complaints and returns, ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Prepare inventory and slow-moving reports; assist in warehouse tasks and IT UAT.
