Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
• Territory identification and research to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account
• Account Planning and Strategies: Establish plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying opportunities in the local market
• Research and Discovery: Uncover a prospect’s processes, challenges, and goals
• Solutioning: Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs
• Customer Communication: Interacting clearly and timely using multiple channels
• Resource Application: Use available resources and tools to drive results
• Team Selling: Align with account team and partners to support the deal and customer success
• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Melayu to converse with clients in Malaysia
