Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent technical discipline is required.
• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases and web technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage SMB organisations across multiple industries, focusing on Malaysia to understand challenges and goals.
• Align strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts with internal teams to drive multi-product solutions.
• Conduct business development, operations and IT strategy work and deliver product demos.
• Act as trusted advisor to drive innovative solutions and improve business performance.
• Lead discovery, analysis and recommendation of strategic Salesforce solutions with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate connected experiences using Salesforce demos and rapid prototyping.
• Support discovery and pitch development with Live product demonstrations to customers.
