Smith+Neu is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Singapore to lead and mentor the sales team in achieving profitable growth. The role focuses on developing KOL and lead surgeon relationships within the territory and driving new account development for the Robotics platform.

You will manage the territory, contribute to budgeting, train junior personnel, and collaborate with Marketing on product launches and positioning. Strong leadership and market knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• Above 5 years’ experience in healthcare/medical device sales management.
• 3-4 years in any sales management position with at least four direct reports or 3-5 years in Orthopaedic/Endoscopy sales.
• Ability to present financial information.

Mansioni

• Oversee the assigned territory and support team members.
• Participate in sales budgeting and create a detailed plan to hit revenue objectives.
• Increase contact with lead surgeons and develop new accounts for Robotics platform.
