Smith+ Nephew in Singapore seeks a Product Sales Representative to drive territory sales, lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and nurture strategic surgeon relationships. The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, strong relationship-building with key accounts, and collaboration with Marketing on launches and positioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare/medical device sales management.
• 3-4 years in sales management with at least four direct reports.
• 3-5 years in Orthopaedic/Endoscopy sales.
• Ability to present financial information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory and support team members.
• Contribute to sales budgeting and detailed sales plans.
• Increase contact with lead surgeons within the territory.
• Develop new accounts for Robotics platform.
• Provide technical and sales training to junior staff.
• Input for territory planning/restructuring.
• Assist Marketing with product launches and positioning.
• Provide feedback on sales processes and strategies.
• Understand business direction and where targets will be achieved.
• Establish relationships with Strategic Accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and solicit new accounts per SBUM goals.
• Develop key opinion former strategies in Singapore and MY markets.
• Maintain knowledge on product range, roadmaps, pricing, market share and differentiation.
