The role emphasizes building relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and KOLs, expanding market presence, leading product launches and tender negotiations, and ensuring high performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Requires recognised degree in Biomedical, Nursing, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of surgical agency portfolios by owning targets and market expansion.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
• Build relationships with hospitals, surgeons, KOLs, operating theatre teams, and key accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Lead product launches, positioning, and phase-outs throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead demonstrations, clinical evaluations, trainings, and workshops to drive adoption.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, stock levels, and capital needs to optimize portfolio performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and forecasts.
• Support sales team in key account management, tender negotiations, and strategic engagements.
• Drive a customer-centric sales culture with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
