Job summary

Baxter Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the Patient Support Systems, Global Surgical Solutions and Front Line Care portfolios. You will own the Singapore PSS portfolio, lead strategic planning, and coach a Key Account Manager to align with commercial priorities.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will collaborate with distributors, healthcare institutions, and procurement teams to deliver revenue growth, improve patient outcomes, and expand market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in medical devices.
• Experience managing distributor-led models.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives for the PSS portfolio.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and commercial execution activities.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, market penetration, and portfolio growth.
• Build relationships with distributor partners and key hospital stakeholders.
