Reporting to the Deputy Director, Marketing & Communications, you will work closely with business divisions and stakeholders to translate organisational priorities into targeted campaigns and audience engagement initiatives that connect

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, audience engagement or outreach.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and outreach strategies.
• Translate insights and business priorities into targeted campaigns and messaging.
• Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, media, partnerships, events and outreach channels.
• Partner with divisions, NTUC and external stakeholders to maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimise outcomes.
• Manage budgets, agencies and vendors in line with governance requirements.
