EMPLOYMENT AND EMPLOYABILITY INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated professional to build partnerships with employers, government agencies and industry partners to improve employability and productivity.

You will lead stakeholder engagement and drive business development across targeted industries. You will analyze manpower trends, plan programmes, manage projects and events, and provide guidance to retrenched workers.

Qualifications

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven project and time management capabilities.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Experience with government manpower interventions is advantageous.
Background in business development or programme development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Drive outreach to companies to promote adoption of programmes and co-create job redesign projects.
Collaborate with government agencies, associations, training partners to address manpower issues.
Analyse market trends, identify and assess key industry manpower and skills needs.
Plan and review budget requirements and organise outreach and career events.
Assist retrenched employees with job search guidance and access to relevant training programmes.
