Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency invites an experienced Partnerships Outreach Manager to drive growth and strategic relevance of its ecosystem, including MyCareersFuture and CareersCompass, and lead events and new initiatives under the Workforce Group.

You will lead end-to-end partnership development with digital platforms, public and private organisations, including IHLs and thought leaders, to boost engagement, generate leads, enrich content, and advance Singapore's career health

Qualifications

• >3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform growth.
• Proven track record onboarding external partners and managing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to structure and manage ecosystem or multi-party partnerships.
• Experience with public-private collaborations or government platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate the partnership strategy across online and offline platforms.
• Lead end-to-end partner engagement from pipeline to onboarding and relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design co-marketing and content collaboration plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise partnership outcomes.
• Act as liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
