Job summary

PMO Strategy Group in Singapore is seeking a Manager to develop and implement integrated communications strategies across marketing, stakeholder engagement, and corporate branding for government policy priorities.

You will coordinate digital and social media campaigns, create platform-specific content, and analyse performance to optimise reach and engagement, while building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
• Strong project management, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, capable of distilling feedback into insights.
• Deep understanding of evolving digital and social media trends, with ability to translate insights into engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage stakeholder engagement by identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders, directly or through partners.
• Coordinate digital and social media marketing as part of integrated campaigns.
• Develop platform-specific content including copywriting, storytelling, editing photos/videos, and crafting captions.
• Analyse digital and social media performance, identify trends and content opportunities to optimise reach and engagement.
• Monitor and analyse news coverage and online conversations to identify issues relevant to the team.
• Review and maintain corporate collaterals to align with branding guidelines and keep the gift registry up to date.
