Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to keep shipments moving and support supply chain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, track performance, and collaborate with procurement, planning, warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and compliant documentation. Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, shipping, procurement support, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and courier partners.
• Arrange deliveries and ensure timely execution of logistics activities.
• Monitor logistics performance and support initiatives to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
• Track supplier lead times and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Support import/export documentation and Letter of Credit (L/C) administration.
• Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Work closely with procurement, planning, warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement projects and operational initiatives as required.
