Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics coordinator to support inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with freight forwarders and delivery partners, and monitor performance and costs.

You will work with planning, procurement, warehouse, quality and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, maintain accurate shipment records, and contribute to cost and process improvements, including LC documentation where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination and documentation.
• Familiar with letters of credit (LC) and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, courier providers and other logistics partners.
• Monitor delivery performance, freight costs and supplier lead times.
• Support supplier evaluation and identify opportunities for cost and process improvements.
• Assist with Letters of Credit (LC) and related documentation.
• Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for accurate and timely processing.
• Work closely with planning, procurement, warehouse, quality and customer service teams to support order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate logistics and shipment documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
