• Coordinate order processing with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle and manage all sales division orders with professionalism.
• Manage day-to-day transactional activities.
• Liaise with internal parties to resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Monitor pending orders and backlog statuses.
• Handle local purchases related to sales orders.
• Negotiate price with suppliers.
• Assist COO applications.
• Compare prices with finance.
• Prepare cash vouchers.
• Prepare CIPL.
• Process goods returns.
• Monitor Local Indent Fund.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
