Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Sales Manager to grow revenue by winning new customers and developing existing accounts in Singapore. The role covers Project Logistics and Contract Logistics, including freight forwarding, with a hands-on, new-business focus to build a strong pipeline and close opportunities.

You will work with operations to deliver on customer needs and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven sales record and ability to prospect, present and close.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers, opportunities and growth areas.
• Build trusted client relationships and support customer satisfaction.
• Develop proposals, respond to enquiries and follow opportunities through to close.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Contribute to sales planning and share relevant market and customer insights.
• Track sales activity, report on results and support timely customer payments.
• Get involved in operational matters when needed.
