Job summary

Eurofins Mechem SG is seeking an Account Relationship Executive to manage and grow key client accounts while delivering high-quality customer service and technical solutions. You will act as the primary contact for major clients, understand their needs, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires proactive coordination with internal teams, translating technical capabilities into actionable insights, and leading initiatives to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in laboratory or testing services.
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing processes and scientific methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent customer service orientation, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new offerings to clients.
• Coordinate client requests with internal operations teams in compliance with SOPs and contracts.
• Lead and mentor junior account executives in client interactions and technical coordination.
• Prepare for, participate in, and host client visits, audits, and presentations.
