Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in account management or sales in laboratory/testing services.
• Senior-level candidates may be considered for advancement.
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing processes is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for major clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Guide clients on Eurofins Mechem SG capabilities and offerings.
• Review accounts, identify opportunities, and lead service-improvement initiatives.
• Prepare for, participate in, and host client visits, audits and presentations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction.
