Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Learning & Development professional to establish governance for competency frameworks, lead cross-functional initiatives, and align training pathways with adult learning principles.

You will serve as the primary liaison for Business Units, coordinating vendors and ongoing program evaluation. The role requires 3+ years in competency-based framework development in HR settings, strong project management, and adept stakeholder engagement to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications.
• At least 3 years in competency-based learning framework development within structured HR environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, set up systems, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and work with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across various domains.
• Curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes, and orientation sessions aligned with the competency framework and adult learning principles.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, source vendors, and support implementation of training initiatives as the key liaison for Business Units.
• Organize capability-building events and review programme effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
