Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Learning & Competency Specialist to establish governance structures and lead the development of competency frameworks across multiple domains.

You will curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes, and orientation sessions aligned with adult learning principles. You will conduct learning needs analysis, source vendors, and support the implementation of training initiatives as the key liaison for Business Units, organizing capability-building

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications.
• At least 3 years in competency-based learning framework development.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, set up systems, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and work with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across various domains.
• Curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes, and orientation sessions aligned with the competency framework and adult learning principles.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, source vendors, and support implementation of training initiatives as the key liaison for Business Units.
• Organize capability-building events and review programme effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
