Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a learning and development professional to build competency frameworks and lead learning initiatives in a progressive HR environment in Singapore.

You will curate training pathways, coordinate flagship programmes, and partner with business units to analyse needs, source vendors, and ensure programmes drive continuous improvement aligned with organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in competency-based learning framework development within structured HR environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and work with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across various domains.
• Curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes, and orientation sessions aligned with the competency framework and adult learning principles.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, source vendors, and support implementation of training initiatives as the key liaison for Business Units.
• Organize capability-building events and review programme effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
