Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape competency frameworks and leadership development across the organisation. You will partner with business leaders and HR partners to ensure frameworks align with strategic goals and workforce needs.

Responsibilities include implementing and refining programmes, integrating frameworks into recruitment, performance, and learning processes, and delivering practical tools for managers to apply competencies effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing competency frameworks and leadership development programmes.
• Strong understanding of talent management, career development, and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, review, and mapping of job profiles across business functions, identifying role-specific competencies.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align competency frameworks with organisational goals.
• Drive implementation and enhancement of competency frameworks to support talent management and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to integrate frameworks into recruitment, performance, learning, succession, and career progression.
• Develop tools and materials to support managers in applying competency frameworks.
