The role emphasizes maintaining service levels across countries, driving cost-effective operations, and renewing key contracts while providing performance and P&L reporting for designated accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the logistics industry.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of 3PL Contract Logistics incl. Fulfilment, Transportation and Freight.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to engage at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic accounts as assigned by department head.
• Liaise with Key Accounts customers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver solutions.
• Ensure service levels across countries with warehouse operations and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and drive quality management programs.
• Set performance metrics to monitor operations, bottom line and growth for designated accounts.
• Prepare commercial and pricing analyses and maintain contractual agreements.
• Support strategic projects and manage warehouse operations for e-commerce during campaigns.
