Qualifications

• At least 3 years IT procurement experience with supplier management.

• International IT procurement project experience or multinationals preferred.
• Certifications in procurement or project management preferred (CPSM, CIPS, or PMP).

Responsibilities

• Develop region/global procurement strategies for sourcing and delivery management.

Responsibilities

Team IntroductionByteDance Procurement aims to provide high-quality purchasing solutions for ByteDance and establish a global platform for purchasing resources. Through providing professional management of procurement resources, selecting high-quality suppliers, and managing supplier performance, we aim to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and compliance of ByteDance procurement behavior, fostering a healthy long-term business environment.

• Based on global business requirements, search for, develop, and integrate IT industry supplier resources (software, hardware, data service, etc.) that meet the requirements.
• Establish a comprehensive data-driven procurement analysis, identify optimization points in IT industry resource management and the whole procurement process, and actively implement them.
• Actively detect problems in the entire process of IT procurement and delivery, formulate regional or global procurement strategies of supplier sourcing, selection and delivery management, and continuously optimize procurement processes and strategies.
• Continuously promote cost optimization through reasonable planning of supplier selection strategies and negotiations, and ensure compliance.
• Through continuous management of suppliers' performance, ensure the timeliness of project delivery and service quality, and build long-term and stable cooperative relationships with high-quality suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:- At least 3 years experience in IT-related procurement (such as software, hardware, data service, etc.) and relevant supplier management. Have a deep insight into the APAC market.
• Minimum Qualifications:- Be highly self-motivated, able to proactively identify problems in IT procurement, and promote the continuous development and progress of related projects.
• Minimum Qualifications:- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with internal stakeholders based in Mainland China.
• Preferred Qualifications:- With international IT category procurement project experience or work experience in multinational companies are preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications:- Professional certifications related to procurement or project management (such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP, etc.) are preferred.
